PAUL MDrop box location was unsafe, had people yelling at me that I was a *insert curse words* due to not giving the rides etc.

Gevin WUsing the app to "check in" & pick up my truck was frustrating. It took 3 attempts of going through the entire process before it recognized my info, verified me, and gave me the code to the key box. There was a truck pulled up under the awning of the property, but it wasnt the truck that was on my contract and the key that I was left for me didnt work because it was for a different truck. I called the 800 number for assistance and while the woman was polite and professional, she really wasnt much help. She said her information showed the business had other equipment on-site, across the street. Those were all trailers. I walked around the building and there were no trucks to be found. I finally walked around the block and found another truck in an open parking (?) area that I would have had no idea belonged to the business. Oh - and the business was closed so there was no one on site to talk to. All in all, I found my truck, it ran great, it was clean, the air condition worked, and we got done what needed to get done. I appreciated being able to book and pick up a truck on a Saturday with very little notice. But if the correct truck had been pulled up for me and if the app was easier to maneuver, it would have saved me 45 minutes of frustration.
