I rate it very poor because the girls in the office are not trained very well. One gave me false information about having 24 hour access and I got locked inside and had to call the conroe cops. They along with myself could not get ahold of anyone to help me get out. It was very frustrating. I had to squeeze through the gate leaving my truck that was fully loaded there and uber back at six am in which it had started to rain so of course all my stuff got wet. The general manager did not answer her phone at all. I texted and called her so the police so yeah I definitely give this a very poor experience job facility.

darrell b | Overall ExperienceMy unit was broken in too a few times and they told me they had my back and to NOT CALL THE POLICE! A month and a 1/2 later still no video . One of the employees drilled out my lock and lied about it and then confesses. My things are water damaged and there were a few roaches. The place is old and not maintained and the manager is a liar and didn’t help me out at all about any of this. Do not rent storage from here!

I call UHaul and they tell me it’s OK, that my account is closed but still I am receiving those emails about my payment. I just want to make clear that I do not want to receive in the future some collections calls about a payment. Please remove me from the list. My storage number was E-420. Thank you.
