Rebecca and the owner of the Conroe location are extremely unprofessional individuals. I was hung up on by Rebecca after I advised her that I was willing to pay for the extra day. I then called back and asked to speak with a manager, only to be told, “I reckon I’m the manager.” Being hung up on and treated this way was completely unacceptable. That was the worst $209.00 I have ever spent in my life.
