Ahmed AHello, I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent truck rental experience. I had reserved a 20-foot truck at the La Prairie branch for 9:00 a.m. When I arrived, there was no one on site. After spending nearly 1.5 hours on the phone with customer service, I was informed that the truck was not available and was advised to go to the Saint-Hubert branch. Once there, the person in charge told me that the 20-foot truck also wasn’t available due to battery issues. After losing another hour, I had no choice but to take a 15-foot truck instead. As a result, I had to pay my laborers for an additional 3 hours ($300) and lost a total of 3 hours of my own time. This experience caused me significant inconvenience and additional costs. I strongly believe U-Haul should compensate me for the extra time and expenses incurred due to these service failures.
Mahdi AMy réservation was given to another client with The same family name. As a result, I did not have The 4 rolling carts I reserved for m’y son’s moving. It made moving day longer. That being said, The gentleman made te effort to accommodante me, round me a truck and 2 rolling carts.
