I would like to have been advised before I left the office that I would be getting a text that states that I need to take pictures of all four sides of the truck and download them before I leave the parking lot. They need to tell the customer that the amount that they pay at pick up is just a credit card hold and the amount they pay at drop off is the actual payment.
