I would definitely give this place a makeover. It was very dirty and unorganized.

This location was undesirable and disorganized.
Retta FWe did an after-hours drop off so we did not have any contact with anyone there. I did try to call when we got there at 5:00 pm, they closed at 4:30 pm, and no one answered.

ROLANA HNot their fault, but U-Haul had me use the online check in process to pick up our trailer. I then got a call from the pickup location worried that the trailer had been stolen and when I explained I had picked it up they claimed that was “Not U-Haul’s policy” for trailer. There is clearly a poor communication system in place between U-Haul and local partners and it created a lot of friction and confusion for us while we’re already swamped trying to move.
