U-Haul was filthy and beat up. Truck drove really rough
JAIME HI would like to have been advised before I left the office that I would be getting a text that states that I need to take pictures of all four sides of the truck and download them before I leave the parking lot. They need to tell the customer that the amount that they pay at pick up is just a credit card hold and the amount they pay at drop off is the actual payment.
JOHN MI can’t think of anything negative. The people were friendly and very helpful. No complaints.
