JOHN NThe rental facility was excellent and easy. The gentlemen who was either the manager and/or owner was very nice and pleasant. The only thing I would like to see is that U-Haul installs jacks on their 6x12 travel trailers. This is easy to do. When I was younger, it was no problem picking up the front of the trailer and installing it on the hitch ball as well as taking off. But now that I am older (still i good shape) I would be nice to have a jack.
