Nothing. Reid handles everything very courteously and professionally despite being very busy. Of recommend him to everyone.
Mark SUnfortunately I was over charged for equipment that I didn't use. The dolly and bag of blankets are stationed at the back of the lift door and secured with zip ties and if the seals are broke they charge you for the use. And because I needed the dolly out of my way to load my stuff in the U-Haul they charged me $7 in the bad thing about it it was agreed upon prior to me even getting the U-Haul that I wouldn't be charged to getting that Dolly out of my way it was just a very sneaky way to charge me extra money for something that I did not use very disappointed
