Stop OVER CHARGING PEOPLE'S CREDIT CARDS AFTER THEY DROP OFF EQUIPMENT AND HAVE PICTUREA TO PROVE THE OVER CHARGE

There were three other sets of customers trying to get help and figure things out with customer service when I arrived. All said they had been holding 30 minutes plus. Took me about 10 after finally figuring things out 30 minutes later.

Leigh LThe locks that are utilized when using the after hours service are hard to unlock. This happens at all of the locations I have used so problems with the locks unlocking is not just limited to this location. I suggest U-Haul get locks that are easier to unlock when the proper code is input for after hours customers or just maybe update the locks or oil the locks so that the codes can line up properly.
