Expensive, dirty truck (dried spilled drink inside cab) (wet and grimy in the box) - and the box leaked, a lot. Returned the truck with more fuel than I received (just to be sure) they claimed I brought it back with less. It was quick and I got the job done, but U-Haul and the location are permanently off of my options list for any future needs.

The whole process was simple and easy and the truck was new and clean.
Jeffrey BWe dropped off the truck using the app and that made it a complicated hot experience. It was super hot outside and the sun was bright making it very hard to take the many required pictures of the truck as we dropped it off. I would not recommend dropping off a uhaul truck that wasy. It took way too long.
