REDA SI can't think of a single improvement. This location is always flawless - the vehicle is clean with a full tank and located exactly where stated on the mobile check-in. I've never had any issues getting the keys, returning the vehicle, or with any other part of the rental process.
BRITTANY BPoston’s Automotive was an excellent place to rent from but originally I had a reservation at Earl’s service station in Monterey,Tn for 7:30 am and when I arrived at 7:35 there was a group of men setting around and I told them I had a reservation for a car trailer and the owner Earl told me to come back that they didn’t open till 8:00 am but it was kinda funny they were pumping gas and he was extremely rude about it so I called U-Haul and asked them to transfer my reservation because I didn’t have time to deal with earl’s attitude. Poston’s was a good experience but Earl’s was a horrible experience. I definitely don’t recommend going there drive a few more miles and go somewhere else.
