The trailer had no jack and I was sent to a drop off point that with no one to assist. This was not told to me when they called to tell me where to drop it off.
SHARLEEN DThe app is not user friendly. When I booked online, I was sent to the wrong location that didn't have the trailer I needed. It took an hour from the time I arrived to driving away.
Joyce OEverything went well, until I returned it, they would not help me unhook my car, so I had to call my brother, who was at work to come help me, not good, because it took him away from his work.
JANNETTE AThe customer service was great I'm Coolidge! However, unrelated to the location in Coolidge and more a comment about Uhaul in general - I was supposed to pick this up in Casa Grande and the last minute change to the reservation was really inconvenient.
