The customer service was great I'm Coolidge! However, unrelated to the location in Coolidge and more a comment about Uhaul in general - I was supposed to pick this up in Casa Grande and the last minute change to the reservation was really inconvenient.

Awful experience due to mechanical issues. Except for those wonderful people at both customer service and roadside assistance. They were helpful and awesome. I was stuck for multiple days in a weird location with my father and my 3 animals. Then once I got to my location the U-Haul had broken down again. Then the movers I scheduled through U-Haul didn’t show up with no response and I had to schedule new movers which were twice as expensive. It was a horrible nightmare of an experience and I’m deciding how I want to proceed at this point.
