This was a storage unit and drop off was confusing . Luckily my daughter seen a drop box for the keys. Was not sure if I was to park in or out of the gated area. Was not able to contact anyone. I left my two wheel cart in the back and have not been able to get a hold of anyone to retrieve it.

The receipt said to call the location on drop-off, but there was nobody answering the phone (location closed on Sundays, so that makes sense). No signage or phone instructions for the key dropoff, so someone who is colorblind would miss the box just randomly on the fence.

JUAN RWe were a little confused about the locked gate in Coon Rapids and thought the place was closed. Other than that everything was great.
JOEL RI was misinformed about the cost when the reservation was booked and I was over charged. I will not be recommending u haul to anyone.
