We were a little confused about the locked gate in Coon Rapids and thought the place was closed. Other than that everything was great.

I was misinformed about the cost when the reservation was booked and I was over charged. I will not be recommending u haul to anyone.

Don MDon't switch pick up locations at the last minute. I had specifically chosen the pick up location because it was known to me and very convenient. The new pick up location was in a sketchy area that I had never been to before. I did not appreciate the change. Couldn't an employee have driven it to my requested pick up location? The customer should come first. Also, opening the cab and seeing fried chicken and pizza all over the footwell was just unacceptable. Why did I have to clean up someone else's mess before returning it?
