This was a busy gas station with hardly any room to park a truck. I had to park at a gas pump when I first arrived. I went inside to speak to the store clerk and he came outside with me and told me where to park. He told me everything looked good and then had be drop the keys off inside the gas station on the counter. Now I am later finding that I was charged a $25.00 cleaning fee for a "small amount of dirt" left inside the cargo section of the truck. The only dirt we were on was the pickup location lot, and we only moved cardboard boxes with clothing. In no way do I think that this was handled with a customer first solution and will be taking my rental business elsewhere.
