Gas tank level was nearly empty. Low tire pressure warning on front passenger side.
Maurizio NMy problem isn’t with where I picked up my U-Haul. The people at the location were great and helpful. Super kind. My problem is with your customer service line. I did mobile pick up for my 10’ van and when I did online check in it told me to call assistance. The first girl we spoke to was rude and seemed like she hated her life - told me the van isn’t available - she told me she will relocate me then cold transferred me to someone who didn’t know what the situation was again I had to explain. Drove by the location I was originally supposed to go to and the truck was there? Like huh? I booked WEEKS in advance. The girl I was cold transferred to was nice and relocated me only a few min away so i got the truck. I’m pissed and truly not happy with the fact the truck wasn’t available. I have another booked for the 30 for moving day and now I’m so afraid it will magically not be available? Like get it together. I’m giving you my money I feel sooooo ripped off. Not happy with U-Haul at all.
