I will never return to this location!!!! First, I reserved equipment that was not available and so I had to accept what was offered to me. I could not even use the furniture hand truck as it was too cumbersome to use. And when I accidentally left several of the furniture blankets at the apartment in NYC, I asked the manager Lauren Osteen if I could return them that Monday, I was rudely told I could not. I either had to pay for them or keep the account open and get charged extra. What bothers me is not so much the $24 I wound up paying, but the horrible customer service skills that this manager has. Totally indifferent...she could not care less. She mentioned something about it affecting her inventory, which I found so ironic given how I had to accept what was available and not what I had reserved. Yes, I blew my top, but it would not happened if Lauren Osteen would have exhibited better customer service skills. She should not be the general manager of the Coram store. Incredibly indifferent and uncaring!



Friendly staff, clean truck and smooth transaction. Would definitely do business there again.



The vehicle I rented had Damage Done to the bed liner when I picked it up. When I returned it they didn't check the truck they told me they would email me the receipt. I didn't receive the receipt I went in the next day to ask them where what the receipt. They gave me a print out receipt claiming I did damage to the bed liner that was done when I picked it up. And charge my credit card for damage I did not do. I am not happy with the experience and I do not think I will be coming back to you all anymore.

I brought the vehicle back in the same shape I got it.And they said I put 2 scatches in the paint .I DID NOT.The Manager Lauren Olsteen was not only rude but charged my card $318.48 When my bill was $44.I have been going there over 20 years.I am going to protest this.

Making a reservation on the phone was a nightmare, they reserved the wrong location as well as the wrong amount of time I would need the truck. I did the express check in the night before and it took the woman at the coram location 45 minutes to check me in said she was having a problem with both computers at that location but I believe it was human error not knowing what she was doing. The line was 4 customers deep by the time she finished with me.



I had an issue with the amount of out going fuel level. When I called to explain, office insisted that the truck was full. Photographed the dash as proof, office lied and said we had been told to look. Woman on the phone insisted she was standing next to the person helping me, when in fact Diane was alone on Sunday morning. Very unpleasant attitude! Very unproffesional. Upon return, all had been rectified by attending agent on duty.

I made a reservation for a location close to home, it was confirmed and then I got a text saying it's been changed to coram. They didn't have any dolls which I needed and had reserved on line. The process was long and confusing.

Reserved 10' truck a month prior. On day of pick up was initially told they did not have a truck for me. Then they found one without a ramp. When I called they told me 10' trucks don't have a ramp. My neighbor however had a 10' uhaul truck with a ramp. The movers through uhaul site were a disaster. They didn't show then sent a 13yo to help move. They did answer the phone but getting movers to show up was difficult.

Recently, I had a problem at U-haul which was immediately addressed. However, if you could find people like Diana and Bryan in Coram, NY, all your problems would be solved. They were awesome to work with and they handled themselves very professionally.

The clerk, Diana, was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The equipment was in excellent condition. That being said, it took 55 minutes of waiting on line in the store to get our vehicle because the computer system kept rejecting people's credit cards and it was VERY slow on the computer end. Unfortunately the clerk could not go any faster. And at 10 am on a Saturday there was only one employee on the shift, so she did the best she could. Excellent location, personnel, and equipment did not make up for the frustrating wait on line.
