How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe owner of the location was not helpful. You didn’t keep the truck ready in time and not even the right truck. I ended up with so much inconvenience. I would never recommend or come back to the location waste of time waste of money.
Hemant VTrain the staff on hand to handle the reservations.
Alexander BThe gentleman who helped us get set up with the pick-up of the truck was truly incredible - very friendly, competent, best experience I’ve had with U-Haul
Clare LAfter we dropped the truck off, they tried charging my Mastercard for a fuel charge after we showed the guy the photo of the dash for fuel. Thankfully the general manager was able to contact me and we got everything sorted out.
