The employees in the location need to be trained on how to handle the process of someone renting or returning UHAUL products. When I returned the trailer, I had rented, the employee in the store looked at me and said I have no ideal how to do this. She told me that someone she was texting would do it from home. I understand that this may be something that is not done every day, but if UHAUL wasn't helpful this could cause people to pay for more time than they used the rented product. When I called UHAUL the next day at 1200 it had not been completed and the person at UHAUL nor myself were able to contact the Mini Mart by phone, it was like the phone was disconnected. I had to go back by the Mini Mart after I left work at 5PM and make sure the Mini Mart completed the process of me returning the trailer. As far as UHAUL, the employee I talked to on the phone was very helpful and tried to resolve the issue. I believe I talked with Audrey.STEVE D.

Truck was completely nasty I had to take time out of my day to clean it before I could haul my items. The back of the truck had old clothes and a crack pipe like someone was living in it. I didn't get any discount or compensation for my work in cleaning out the truck but if I would've left the truck dirty I would've gotten a clean fee charged to me.brayan A.

I had reserved a 5x8 trailer and a dolly for 2 days. Upon getting there ans checking in, I was told there was no dolly. I could clearly see one in the window. After being told there was no dolly, I asked for the charge to be removed. I was told which utility trailer I was assigned and we made our way out there. The hook and bars were embedded in a fire ant bed. We attempted to lift the bars and ants went everywhere. My husband and I got bit multiple times while trying to hook it up. After noticing the ants all over the trailer and worried they would be inside, we put the trailer down and I went inside to tell the clerk. I asked to be changed to the other trailer that was not embedded in an ant bed. I even tried to show her the pictures. She was very rude and stated she would have to redo everything and that I would be charged twice and would just have to wait for the other charge to be reimbursed and that she couldn't tell me how long that may take. I explained I did not want to rent a trailer covered in ants and that it didn't matter how long it took to be refunded, as long as I was refunded. The entire experience was a hassel. I will not rent from this location again. Additionally, the phone number online for the rental location is not correct as the number listed is disconnected. The trailer overall was fine and served it purpose to move my daughter to college. However, the rental experience and rudeness was disappointing. If we need to rent again, it will not be from this location.Megan H.
Our initial pickup was for a different location on Saturday. When we arrived to pick up the truck the business was closed on Saturdays! No one called us to let us know that! We then had to find a location with the truck we needed. This location was very helpful & efficient! But our overall experience with U-haul was not pleasant!! We had 12 people waiting around for 2 Â½ hours while we located a truck!Virgil T.
