Ervano WThey had a sign on the door saying they were gone to lunch from 1 to 2 pm please don't disturb We had got there just before 2 waited till after 2 and there was nobody there to check me in so I had to check-in myself Which isn't a big deal but Feel like somebody should have been there since it was after 2
Ervano WThey had plenty of available rentals, but the inside of the place was gross. Th trailer I used was in good condition, had no issues towing it, but the place we picked up/dropped off was just gross. It was a motel and the smell of cigarettes and marijuana was just awful.
GABRIELLE BNo one was ready to help us. They were still in bed, acted annoyed that we bothered them and seemed like they didn’t even know we had a reservation. My husband had to hook up the trailer himself with no help. When we rented trailers before, the staff made sure to check the lights before we left. At this location, no one helped and we had to make sure everything worked ourselves. On our way out the parking lot, an employee ran up to our car to take a picture of the trailer that they didn’t help set up.
