Personal lied about uhaul rental and being able to return it anywhere and would get refunded for days and mileage not used. Never needed 5 days to begin with and truck was on empty pics to prove

My Uhaul experience was amazing!!! The personnel at the pick up location were very nice truck was clean, the truck didn't drink a lot of gas, it drove smooth. & I was able to get to my location with any issues. Dropped off the uhaul early and it was a smooth process as well. Thank you!
TAJA PLocation was closed didn't know I had a drop off time and they charged me extra for gas, when I had already went and filled up the gas tank to the level of receiving I got charged almost $40 extra after already paying $40 to fill it up to full and then I got an extra charge for it being late when I didn't know there was a drop off time.
LONI HI talked to no personnel at drop off. It was after hours.
