The owner a bad person, U-Haul move me from Denton to Corinth, I needed to pick up by 7:30 she didn’t open until 8:30 then she was at another store getting blankets, she was mad, because she was so late the movers charged me an xtra $100 for making them wait, the windshield was so bad when I got it I had to get it cleaned first thing, that lady had her helper scared, was just ugly
ROBERT BThe back of the U-Haul on the middle left side leaked water when it rained and got some of our stuff wet. Pickup location is very dark and has no exterior lights. Other than that everything was great
David CYour trailer leaked and destroyed some of my IKEA packs. Customers beware - leaking trailers, under inflated tires, bald treads. Use only if you must.
WALTER GExterior of truck could have been cleaner but we changed to a smaller truck. Yvonne was great, she handled our last minute requests with ease. So nice. Go Yvonne!
