You put gas into the equipment to where it was when you got it and they still charge you for gas because you didn't fill it to full. If I didn't receive it full then I am not responsible to fill it up to full. I am only responsible to fill it up to where it was given to me in the first place.
BEATRICE ANNE S.U-haul could improve computer system. I had unnecessary delays considering equipment was reserved a week prior to pickup, confirmed the day before & still had computer issues. Overall, not a huge deal.
