It is at a convenient store/gas station. The employee was very friendly and even helped me change to the larger one he had in the back. Only think I would think would help is to have had more than one person working during time of pick up. I was a little startled it was located in the back of the building, but thankful I was not alone.

Outstanding customer experience
Michael MTruck was dirty, sticky coffee or soda on seats and console. The drive was terrible front end needs an alignment or something. Steering was very lose and tires vibrated very badly. Also rented a tow dolly but the connection to connect the lighting for breaks and signals was missing and the rental place didn't have the wiring but allowed us to drive off without it. Had to end up having roadside assistance come out to bring the connection wire.
Christina SThis location is in a neighborhood away from South Padre Island Drive, which is hard to distinguish since it is a convenience store front without any large indicators that it is a U-Haul rental outlet.
