U haul was not running properly loud noise turn on, plus look like transmission going out was barley driving, has trou left moving must stuff was not able finish moving uhael didnt want drive press gas didn't want to go got stop by 3 pice cause didn't want to go traffic kept hokey almost has accident

veronica SThis location was fine. However..... it is not what I chose online. U-haul switched my pick up location, causing some inconvenience. The location I chose had a 10 ft truck sitting out front. I was told that was for local moves only. DO NOT list it on your website as available if it really is NOT AVAILABLE. What is the point of reserving ahead of time if your company will just change the locations? Your system needs to correct that
