Ordered a 15’ truck with pads and dolly. Truck came without pads and dolly. Interior was dirty. Was told to go get the pads and dolly at another location. Got to the new location, was met with an incredibly rude associate, and not given a dolly. Then had to drive to a third location to pick up the dolly. Unsatisfactory customer experience.

veronica SThis location was fine. However..... it is not what I chose online. U-haul switched my pick up location, causing some inconvenience. The location I chose had a 10 ft truck sitting out front. I was told that was for local moves only. DO NOT list it on your website as available if it really is NOT AVAILABLE. What is the point of reserving ahead of time if your company will just change the locations? Your system needs to correct that
