How U-Haul Reviews WorkOrdered a 15’ truck with pads and dolly. Truck came without pads and dolly. Interior was dirty. Was told to go get the pads and dolly at another location. Got to the new location, was met with an incredibly rude associate, and not given a dolly. Then had to drive to a third location to pick up the dolly. Unsatisfactory customer experience.
