My original pickup location was Roland’s garage in Robstown. The place was closed and no one answered the phone calls as listed. I had to call customer care service and Diane was very helpful in finding a truck. You need to contact your independent contractors and assure they are open to honor the reservation placed by your customers. I also had 3 tv screens break on my trip. I filed a claim and I hope I get this resolved as well.
