It is a convenience store with just one employee and they don’t have time to assist you. Had to hook up trailer by myself.

I reserved this trailer days in advance, I downloaded the App and gave me the address to pick it up and it wasn't there it was at another location behind a convience store. The equipment was in good shape, no problems. All the staff at all three locations we polite and willing to help.

Katherine WThe location is not the problem, it’s U-Haul. The truck was there but because the location is only a drop off and pick up location they don’t have the moving supplies: i.e. pads, furniture dollies, utility dollies. And because they are not a regular U-Haul location until you walk in, they aren’t aware there’s a rental.
