The location was closed at drop off, but they made everything easy to find. The key box was accessible and visible from the front of the building. The parking spots for the truck were a little muddy in some spots but had more than one area to utilize. Not a huge problem- just beware of footing when exiting the cab.

Truck was not clean. Debris in cab and box from the previous use. Only 1/4 tank of gas.
Michael PI was scheduled to return the truck on Saturday but the business was closed for the weekend, so I returned it Monday morning. I was charged 2 extra days which makes no sense because if I returned it Saturday and dropped off the key the truck would have sat there until Monday morning anyway. If they were closed, then the Saturday return shouldn't have been available when I made the reservation. Pretty shady way to do business.
