I don't know. Everything went well for me

David HLocation manager was very personable and was able to accommodate our needs even if the truck we needed was not on premises. The box truck was cheaper than renting a trailer and kept our contents dry from the rain.

I'd love to see a feature in the app that shows a 3D model of how to pack specific items (like a fridge or a king bed) into the exact truck size I rented.
