Greg RCalled twice in morning with no answer. No one was there when we arrived.
Brian FTruck was not ready at pick up time. I contacted U Haul and they stated something went wrong and updated my time to 8:00am. When I arrived at the pick up location, the owner was cleaning the truck. When I left, the owner called me stating the truck was there but he had not checked it in yet. I informed him that my pick up time had been adjusted to 8 because the truck was not ready. He insisted I come pick the truck up because he "came in early to do this." Then he told me he didn't know why they would set pick up so early when he didn't open until 8. I explained to him that I had selected to pick up truck through the app. Very confusing and unnecessary. I will not be picking up from this location again and I suggest others don't to save themselves the headache.
