Didn't have computers up and goin had to just take trailer and then billed after...also u haul it self dropped the ball I had to drop the trailer at different location called got it cleared to do so and took over 2 weeks for them to get it taken care of said the whole time they never received the trailer and then says it was returned the 12 and I returned it the 9th will not use u haul again if this is how it is

No one told me my drop off date scheduled by u haul was closed on that day andbi got charged a 20 dollar after hours drop off fee.

PHILLIP SYou let me reserve a truck and then 12 hrs before pickup you changed pickup location to over an hour away completely messing up our moving plans. Then at the new pick up location I learned you changed the pickup time as well as drop off location. Basically the only thing correct about my entire reservation was the size of truck. Will not use again or recommend.
