It was a bad decision to go to this location. She was very rude. She canceled my order and redid it and never asked me how many miles I would be doing and just made it up. Wasn’t prepared for that high amount hold on my card. I canceled my debit card because I was charged twice and I didn’t feel comfortable with her having my credit card information. DONT USE THIS LOCATION

I had never rented a U-Haul myself before. The process was simple, and pretty painless. An idea I had while driving was a kind quick start guide, like what lights are on the instrument cluster, truck specific ones, there was a meter for fuel economy but it never worked and I didn’t want to be just pushing random buttons. If I have to move small loads I will certainly use U-Haul again.
DAVID HI filled the truck with gas and gave them 100 miles over what I was supposed to pay. They did not compensate in any way. Barely spoke English.

Mark MVehicle has a hard shimmy when braking at highway speed. Fuel economy gauge is inop. Windshield was dirty. Both locations were great. Would use them again.
