I rented a truck for a day, On renting it online they asked for approximately how long you would need it., I put down 5 hours. The location was great. She told me that if I needed it longer not to worry. Then I get a call at 3:30 from the main office asking me when am I going to return it. If you charge for a day you shouldnt be pushing someone to return it just because they estimated the length they may use it. Plus charge for a day. jThe location was great. The main office is way below average. Do not rent it for 24 hours if they push you to return it in 5 hours.
