I got charged for mileage when I drove from the pickup location, to my house and to the drop off. The woman on the phone said she would put extra miles so I wouldn't get charged, but they still charged me. I even left it with more gas than I picked it up with, so I got double billed for the miles. Really frustrating to get nickel and dimed.
