The drop-off experience was horrible. It was all done through the app and extremely frustrating and infuriating. Pictures were not loading properly, nobody to speak with or inspect our vehicle, and the key drop off was not secure. Anyone off the street could have just stuck their hand into the slot. Did not like this experience at all.

It was a bad decision to go to this location. She was very rude. She canceled my order and redid it and never asked me how many miles I would be doing and just made it up. Wasn’t prepared for that high amount hold on my card. I canceled my debit card because I was charged twice and I didn’t feel comfortable with her having my credit card information. DONT USE THIS LOCATION
kelly RI had never rented a U-Haul myself before. The process was simple, and pretty painless. An idea I had while driving was a kind quick start guide, like what lights are on the instrument cluster, truck specific ones, there was a meter for fuel economy but it never worked and I didn’t want to be just pushing random buttons. If I have to move small loads I will certainly use U-Haul again.
DAVID HI filled the truck with gas and gave them 100 miles over what I was supposed to pay. They did not compensate in any way. Barely spoke English.
