System to write up paperwork is very slow. Also, I reserved truck with other location and was moved to this one that had a truck size I reserved. System put it under my daughter’s name and her partial old home address? Odd?
LAURA SU-Haul charged me for mileage despite changing my pickup the day before after they allowed me to schedule a 15’ truck in another city. No human ever contacted me. Never using U-Haul again.
