Pickup was excellent! It was the inability to reach anyone by phone! I drove there a week before because I called 12 times in 2 days and would only get an immediate busy signal. It's a storage business that rents Uhaul and the older man told me they had nothing to do with Uhaul!

The person checking me out was friendly and informative. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and easy to load and drive. My only small quibble is that when the truck got to a certain speed (over 45 mph), there was a high pitched whine that could be heard in the cab. We couldn't tell what it was coming from and it didn't appear to be problematic with driving, but it was annoying.
Melonie AYour questions miss the point. The truck and dolly were old and beat up but they got the job done. Remote check in took longer than expected but also worked. Let renters know if it can be done ahead of time. TY!

Tim GPick up of the U-Haul truck was pretty seamless. Drop off, was another story. My moving experience was actually pretty seamless and was happy to drop the truck off. It wasn’t until I went to the counter to drop it off and give the key where the man behind the counter was very annoyed at approximately 1:10 PM saying “ i’m never going to be able to get out of here today, thanks a lot”. I asked him if he wanted the ending mileage since I took a picture of it and thought I would be doing him a favor. And he snapped at me saying.” I’ll just grab it when I’m checking it in today thanks to you.” I would have thought he would’ve been pleased that I dropped it off so early that he would have time to check it in so he wouldn’t have to do it Monday morning. I guess I was wrong. That crotchety old man changed my good mood into a bad mood in seconds..
