I went to the main U-Haul storage facility in cottonwood only to be told they don’t take tow dolly’s and that I would then have to back track out of my way to drop off at a smaller dealer which was closed so I had to then download the U-Haul app and proceeded to have to check in my own equipment. This is crappy customer service.
