The owner asked me a question and when I started to respond with an answer, she shushed me and talked over me. When I said that was rude and to please not do that, she responded with “you’re young, I will shush you”. And followed with she owns the business and Uhaul cannot tell her what to do when I told her what Uhaul customer service had told me and noted for my pick up. And she continually threatened to cancel and alter my reservation because we stood up for ourselves about the way she treated us. I would not recommend anyone to use this location.

Lady was friendly but kind of rushing me to leave

Jeffrey DVery slow service. We made our reservation online and received a special rate by accepting to drop the truck off at a different location than we would have preferred. Then, they called and asked if we'd like to bring a trailer at no cost to us; we'd get an extra day, 100 extra miles, and a $50 credit upon return. We said sure! DON'T DO IT. This is the biggest pain. The system that tacks on extras RESETS whatever your reservation was. When I went to pick up, the bill was MORE expensive. When I explained the rate I received online, it took 20 minutes to figure out how to override the system. Then we had to drive to a different location to get the trailer. When we tried to drop off the trailer (apparently 2 hours late) the location was closed, the app showed an error, and the online chat told me I couldn't process the return online because of the trailer I hauled for them, and I could expect an extra day's charge on my bill. TERRIBLE. I'll never do Uhaul another favor. I don't have the time or the money to go through this again
