I rented a 5x8 trailer and returned it on time , but was still charged for extra time. When I called to ask about the charge, the staff member was dismissive and ended the call abruptly. I value honest and respectful customer service, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here

DAVID MAdd cruise control as it would improve safety. The wind noise in the vehicle was horrible and made it hard to hear how the vehicle was running. Also, ordered blankets and none were available. This seems crazy.
