I will NEVER use U-Haul again, this has been the most frustrating experience from beginning to end. Your. U-HAUL app is the worst. Talking to customer service individual’s is especially distasteful! Salli Rainwater whose email you use BECAUSE I am the one who placed the order, and whose phone number is used, and who paid you with MY credit card! My partner-Paul Pierce only provided his license as he was driving truck pulling your trailer. But I promise you, we will never use your company again.
