Again we were very satisfied with this location. Our entire experience with all dealerships and online/ over the phone personal was exceptional.

Nothing that I can see. I was very pleased with the service and the truck was fine, and we got our move done with no problems. I will recomend U Haul to all my friends.. Thanks Dan. Mack.

The car hauler trailer worked very well and was reasonably priced. I have always had good experiences when renting from U-Haul.

The employee that was still there did not do the U-Haul business, but he said I could drop the truck of and leave the key where indicated.

I had asked for a 10 foot uhaul. Was upgraded to a 20 foot uhaul. The time i booked was for 10:30. I get an email for 12:30. We had to call to get this changed. Again asking about a 10 foot they saidthey didnt have one but did have a 17foot that they would give me for 19.95. When i got to kean ayto. I was charged 29.95. We called uhaul they said that kean coyld adjuat price when returned. Kean said they were not able to do this on their end. Had to call uhaul. Thwy asked to speak to the guy at uhaul who had to repeat himself numerous times that he. Did not have the option that they asked for. An hour later the contract had to be canceled redine. I had paid for the rental by debit. Uhaul reimbursed the diffrence to my credit card. Ehich should have be to my debit card. No one knew what one hand was doing to the other. It was a nightmare. Of a rental. And i honestly think for all the calls back and forth i should have had more of a reimbursement for my time and the delay in moving due to calls to uhaul... Not even an appology. From uhaul.

I pre-booked everything online first as well as checked in prior to dealing with Kean to avoid delays etc. However I was told I could drop off the equipment after hours when they were closed but when I arrived the entrance was blocked by Uhaul equipment with no place to leave the trailer except on the street. I managed to squeeze it in via an opening in the adjoining property.

The only complaint I have is that I went into the establishment 3 times prior to picking everything up to ensure everything was a " Green light with no hiccups " . I was assured that everything was. Then of the day of pickup I went in, and had a curve ball thrown at me with a $100 deposit. I have no problem with that, other than moving is stressful enough and it would have been nice to know the the 3 previous times.

Dealing with the pickup location was good. They had to do a lot of extra work because U-Haul has not provided them with the equipment that they need (i.e. credit card swipe). The staff there remained helpful and friendly in spite of my (and their) growing frustration dealing with head office. Apart from the pickup location being a positive experience, the remainder of my rental was one of the worst experiences I've ever had as a customer. First, I reserved a cube truck, only to find out two days prior to pickup that I would be getting a van instead. This caused me to have to change multiple ferry reservations and leave behind about $2000 worth of furniture. Then, when I went to pick up the vehicle, I had been charged $300 more than the quote I had received. And nobody, at any time, mentioned that a credit card deposit would be required. And, on top of everything else, the treatment I received when I called in to try to get the vehicle that I had ordered was terrible. Despite all of this, no one from U-Haul has reached out to explain or apologize for this situation. This was my first experience dealing with U-Haul, and it will also be my last. Going forward, I will be dealing with anyone but them. And I will be telling everyone I know to do the same.

Our truck was not available when we arrive to pick it up even though we had reserved two weeks prior and called when we got to the location and spoke with the gentleman there was zero customer service.

Very welcoming. Clean office.
Be honest about your pricing and your hidden costs. Let people know how much gas your trucks use. I'll never use your company again under any circumstances. I will sell my belongings before I would spend all my check on another vehicle that made me cry all night and my cancer hurt even more. Happy birthday to me my birthday money is gone to your company so is most of my rent and my food for the month. Thank you so much. May my cancer win. Also thanks for me missing my bus home by not letting me know the place I picked up the truck was not where to drop it off.????????
