Very friendly atmosphere and did not take long to complete the process

Hattie BThe location was closed, so I used the app. It would not scan my new Real ID. Luckily I didn’t discard my old one but I had to go back home to retrieve it. Returning the truck was a different nightmare. Next rental will be at an open location . Will not use the app again.
