I dropped the rental truck back off the same day that I received it. The truck was a 24 hour rental. I then started getting emails,calls and texts that my rental has not been returned. When talking to someone and texting someone it still took some time to get things straightened out

I called the office nobody got back to me. I was charged for equipment that I never received!
GINEARA PThe system was shut down for hours so I was late getting my rental, I was told the dolly was in the truck and I wasn’t so I didn’t take it, the truck was dirty in the cab, and I wasn’t charged more that the agreed upon amount. Very terrible experience
KIANTE' AThere was literally no one there and the door was locked, in the middle of the day on a normal (non-holiday) Thursday. Had to call Uhaul to let them know of the return and they still called and emailed me the next day thinking I hadn't completed the return.
