I didn’t have any equipment left in the truck for use. The location is closed on Sunday’s which made my move a nightmare . This location should have an after hours or on call service in the event of their inadequacies to accommodate customers. I had to go to Home Depot to rent equipment for my movers which was more expense out of pocket.

Paul LChar is personable and knowledgeable of the truck rental process. I checked me into truck and got me on the road with relative ease. Although she had a family matter with her son at school, she checked the fuel requirements got on me about sweeping out the back of the vehicle and had me checked back in quickly. Overall one of my best experiences renting at U-Haul.
