My uhaul reservation was canceled without reason or notification. Had to keep trying to rereserve 5 times before it was accepted again. The uhaul smelled of cigarettes and had ashes and cigarette wrappers. The back of the uhaul was dirty and had trash. The ease of picking up and dropping off online was nice and quick.

And since this location is closed on Sundays, I had to go to Home Depot and purchase what I needed. Very frustrating. Took an extra hour and a half just to get started with my move.
