Maybe have an actual person inspect the trucks because the original truck I was assigned had a flat tire and that delayed my start time. Also, it was still dark at 7 AM and that pickup spot was not very well lit so I waited later to pick up. All issues with the original truck were resolved in a timely, friendly manner.

The person at pick up on Salem Road in Covington, was extremely friendly and helpful.
William PMy accessories were not on the truck but were on my bill. There were 4 almost abandoned buildings one where the trucks were. One would assume the key box would be there but it was 800 yards on another building. Instructions for this location should have mentioned that.
Larry CYour truck didn't have any gas in it, over charged. I will be fighting this charge.
