At this particular location, can you please ask the owner to take in consideration that when a customer drops off the truck/ equipment, they need to check it in right then and there instead of them telling me that I will get a receipt in a couple of hours

The sales person was phenomenal. I forgot his name even though he told me what it was and he is the only one that works there. But he went above and beyond to make sure my experience was seamless and painless. He explained everything to me and he apologized for not having a dolly and took it off of my reservation. I would recommend this location to anyone.
Sheila HI would not recommend this location for out of town travelers. The location is huge and I spent wasted time trying to reach them by phone and no one was at the location to return the truck. I left the truck without the keys and called all day until I finally reached someone hours later who said I was on the wrong side of the facility. I could not have known that having never been there before. Why no one answered the phone still puzzles me.
FELICIA OMy card get charged twice for the same location which I’m not supposed to get charged now they want me to call the headquarters to dispute the charges. The first charge I called nothing get resolved I’m going to get my bank involved to get my money back.
LOUIS JImprove the App connection. Had alot of trouble uploading photos during check in and check out. Noteworthy is the fact that the weather was very bad this evening. If necessary, I can still provide photos for the rental.
