SYLVIA JMaybe have an actual person inspect the trucks because the original truck I was assigned had a flat tire and that delayed my start time. Also, it was still dark at 7 AM and that pickup spot was not very well lit so I waited later to pick up. All issues with the original truck were resolved in a timely, friendly manner.
