Didn't actually deal with any individual here. I did an after hours drop off. Plus, this was just a couple of days after a bad snow storm, so everyone was still clearing the snow from roads and parking lots. This location was well lit for our late arrival and the parking lot was cleared well enough that I could safely drop the rental truck in an area not blocking the business. Thanks for the help in our move.

ABUNASAR SLocation was Great. U Haul order was to be conducted through the location at Cherokee Self Storage in Independence Ky. This Rt 17 Express was not convenient, and cost more due to extra miles and time.
Tony GExperience went really well! This is not my first time renting so I know how it goes and this time was completely smooth going. I did have an issue when returning but as soon as it was addressed it was resolved to satisfaction. Bonnie that checked me in and out was great, she fixed the problem and kept me informed until the end.
