We were charged for quilted pads, but the pick up location was out of the pads. We were still charged for them. I asked them to remove the charge, but they would not. They told me to contact U-Haul directly to appeal the charge. We also were not provided with a locking bar for the storage cover the cab. I requested one, but none was available.
