Dropped it off at a U-Haul place it told me to take it, they called back next morning, told me I had to bring it back to the spot I got it from and charged me extra for the late fee and extra miles, so much for one way

Leslie MWe were charged for quilted pads, but the pick up location was out of the pads. We were still charged for them. I asked them to remove the charge, but they would not. They told me to contact U-Haul directly to appeal the charge. We also were not provided with a locking bar for the storage cover the cab. I requested one, but none was available.
