How U-Haul Reviews WorkI rented and paid for a dozen moving blankets. They were not in the truck! I cut the zip tie for 6 blankets, which wasn’t enough, and was charged again for those. I should get a refund for the dozen. I suggest adding parking lines and specific parking locations. Otherwise things were fine
KYLE SI paid for the trolley , but it was not there , U-Haul photo app was not working
Bejoy PKeys were easy to get to. No trouble with locks. The site needs a larger sign. I had no idea there was a U-Haul at this location until I found it in the app
MICHAEL MDrop off was a no personnel location. Web check out was less than easy. Prompted me to drop keys in box before I had taken odometer and had photos.
